Proverbs 10:4 He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich.
Slack-having or showing laziness or negligence
Diligent-having or showing care or conscientiousness
What are you doing today? Will you be doing it with a slack hand to just get thru or will you have a diligent spirit about you?
Poor vs. Rich
To me this will not just be a monetary thing. Your spirit will be affected by your method. When your mode of operation is to handle life’s challenges with a slack hand, your result will be a poor spirit. The opposite is true of a diligent spirit. You will feel accomplished and successful with your progress made.
