Psalm 7:10-11 [10] My defence is of God, which saveth the upright in heart. [11] God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.
Defence-
-protection, shielding, safeguarding, guarding; security, fortification, cover, shelter, screen, resistance, deterrent.
-vindication, justification, support, advocacy, approval, endorsement, promotion; apology, apologia, explanation, explication, excuse, extenuation, exoneration, palliation.
Do you ever feel the need to defend yourself?
These verses comfort me in that, God will defend the upright in heart. As long as I am doing His will, He will defend me.
What I really need to do, is not live in the flesh and be so concerned about it. God will defend me and He will do a much better job than I ever could.
