Psalm 119:35 Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for therein do I delight.
Make me...
David is asking God to make him go in the path of His commandments.
Sorta like when parents make their kids brush their teeth and eat their vegetables.
Make me do it, because it is good for me.
Make me do it, because I get too lazy to read and follow His Word.
Make me do it, because I am weak and will find excuses not to.
For therein I delight. God knows if I stay in the Scriptures daily I will delight. If I am faithful, I will flourish in my Christian walk. God knows what is best for me.
Don't we all need to be made to do the right thing sometimes?
