John 6:38 For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.
Jesus came as God/man. He wasn't here for His own will, but was sent from God to provide the way of salvation for us.
We should adjust our will to that of God's will. Doing this would change our perspective on all that is going on around us. What is God's will you ask?
Matthew 22:37-40 [37] Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. [38] This is the first and great commandment. [39] And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. [40] On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
If we follow this plan of loving God and others...all else falls into place.
