Psalm 145:14 The Lord upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all those that be bowed down.
After we fall, He helps us up.
This makes me think of a cup that is about to be knocked over. We see it get bumped and reach out to steady it. We immediately react to "save the cup" and its contents.
How wonderful to know that the Lord is there watching and ready to steady us when we get bumped by life.
After we bow down, He raiseth us up.
I found this to be even more interesting...first we must submit, the God will raise us up.
Makes me think He will not raise us up until we bow down. This means if you are not willing to bow down, you are your own worst enemy and will not be raised up.
Where/What is God asking you to submit to Him today?
