Colossians 3:23 And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;

Definition of hearty

-giving unqualified support

-enthusiastically or exuberantly cordial

-expressed unrestrainedly

-vigorous, vehement

As to the Lord....Not unto men,

Have you ever had a policeman behind you in traffic? It sorta unnerves you, even if you are doing everything correct. That is a sign that you have a healthy respect for their authority. Now imagine that Jesus is in your rear view mirror today. Is it gonna change how you do what you do? Are you going to “watch the speed limit” closer? Whatever you do, do it as to the Lord...as if He is there watching you.
