Be Strong

Joshua 1:5-6 [5] … as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. [6] Be strong and of a good courage: …

God is talking to Joshua, the new leader of Israel. There is much to be done and the battle ahead probably seemed insurmountable. There are a few things we can apply to ourselves today from what God is telling Joshua.

… as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee:

I will not fail thee,

nor forsake thee.

Be strong

Be of a good courage

No matter what you are facing today...God is with thee. God will not fail thee. God will not forsake thee. So, be strong, be encouraged. Remember how God took down the walls of Jericho. He is able to take down the walls in your life also!
