A Peculiar Treasure

Exodus 19:5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:

Peculiar--Appropriate; belonging to a person and to him only

Treasure--Something very much valued.

If we obey... If we keep His covenant...we not only belong to Him, but He also values us very much!

Hmmm, what would the opposite be?

If we don't obey... If we don't keep His covenant... We are not His, and He does not value us.

Pretty easy choice to make, isn't it?
